What’s included in the $55 service?

Complete standard servicing for each qualifying Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 5500 / 6500 reel: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, reassembly, and function checks. Replacement parts and additional repairs are billed separately. Any extra work requires your approval.

Do you service other reel brands?

Yes. Other brands and models are welcome for individual assessment. Tell us your reel’s brand, model, and the issue so service availability and pricing can be confirmed. The $55 standard price applies to qualifying Ambassadeur reels.

Can I mail in my reel?

Pickup and drop-off only for now. Call 919-280-7846 or email contact@carolinahookandbait.com to arrange a handoff. The address is coming soon; please do not ship your reel.

Will you check with me before extra repairs?

Yes. Additional parts, repairs, and restoration work require an estimate and your approval before the work proceeds. You’ll know the scope and cost before making a decision.
