Call or email first
Tell us your reel’s brand, model, how many reels need attention, and whether you need a routine service or help with a specific issue.

Arrange the handoff
Confirm pickup or drop-off, a time, and the meeting details directly with the workshop. The address will be published later.

Prepare your reels
Remove reels from their rods and leave hooks, lures, and unrelated tackle at home. Protect each reel and mention any loose or damaged components.

Plan the return
After service and function checks, arrange pickup or drop-off for your serviced reels. Any additional parts or repairs require your approval.
