Make a plan
Call or email with your reel’s brand, model, and service needs. We’re available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM.
Standard Ambassadeur servicing is $55 upfront per reel. Other brands and restoration work require pricing confirmation.

Get it to the bench
Contact us to arrange pickup or drop-off. The address will be published later, so confirm the meeting details before heading out.

Service, with your say
Each reel gets its own inspection and service record. Any additional parts or repairs need your approval before work proceeds.
Inspection findings guide the next steps. Replacement parts and extra repairs are quoted separately, so you decide before the scope grows.

Back in your hands
Once servicing and function checks are complete, arrange pickup or drop-off for your reel. Approved extras are billed separately.

Complete disassembly
Down to the working parts. Each reel is opened for a thorough service.

Ultrasonic & hand cleaning
Careful cleaning matched to the component, its material, and its condition.

Component inspection
Gears, bearings, and wear surfaces inspected. Extra repairs require your approval.

Precision lubrication & reassembly
Appropriate lubrication where it belongs. Components carefully reassembled.
05
Mechanical function testing
A final mechanical check of the assembled reel before its return.
